ORIGINAL LIMITED EDITION PRINTS

For the Original Limited Edition Prints, shipping costs are included in the price of the items and shipping is worldwide.

The artwork will be contained in a resistant tube which in turn is contained in a shipping box. Inside the box you will find also the certificate of authenticity by Photoscapeart.

After your order, when the shipping is ready, you will receive a shipping confermation with the tracking number and link to track your shipping.

The product will be sent from The Netherlands. The shipping time can be 3-21 working days and depends on where is located your delivery address.

If your country is located ourtside European Community, a custom fee may be applied on your package when it will be delivered and these costs are not included in the price.

Exchanges
We can offer a replacement order free of charge, if the product will arrive damaged, will be stolen or lost during the shipping or for manufactory error or printing issues. Of course we will approve the exchange of the product if there will be the proofs of the shipping issues or printing issues (you will have to send us pictures of it and eventual documents related with the shipping issues to info@photoscapeart.com).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
